DELIVERY AND PICKUP OF YOUR SATELLITE PHONE

Where can I receive my Satellite phone?
The phones can be delivered anywhere in the Mexico (airport, residence, hotel, or wherever the client so requests). |

How long does the delivery of a Satellite phone takes?
Once confirmed the reservation, we can ship the same day. Shipping charges will vary depending on transit time. The more days in advance we have to ship, the cheaper the shipping rates will be. But if you need a phone right away, we can ship next day and also deliver on Saturdays. Also, our reserve central can assign you your reserved phone numbers up to a week in advance! |

How do I return my Satellite phone?
Once you're done with the rental, , use our prepaid, preaddresed envelope to return the satellite phone kit to our offices. |

How do you calculate the rental period?
The rental period starts on the day UPS/Fedex delivers the package, and ends the day the return package is scanned by UPS/Fedex.

How do I obtain my Satellite phone?
Simply by calling toll free our call center 24/7 at 800-335-3705. You can also send us an email and we'll give further details about our service, at info@cell-phone-rental.com.mx Delivery is almost immediate. |

What are the acceptable means of payment?
Services can be paid by local check, cash or credit card. |

Do you accept company accounts?
We have implemented a system for company accounts that allows payments by wire transfer, cash or credit card. |

What is a "preauthorization"?
Cell Phone Rental Mexico doesn't charge anything upfront on your credit card. Instead, we "pre-authorize" a certain amount per phone, to cover possible call charges. A pre-authorization on a credit card means that the credit card issuer will make sure that at least the pre-authorized amount is left available on your credit line at all times, "freezing" that amount. . At the end of the rental, Phonerental will charge the invoice amount against that pre-authorization. If not enough to cover charges, the rest will be charged as a regular sale. |

Are there any special prices for multiple rentals?

How do I end my contract?
On the contract you can establish a return date. In case of the need to extend or shorten the length of your rental, let us know as soon as possible and we'll make the necessary adjustments. Once you're done with the rental, just use our prepaid, preaddresed envelope to return the cellphone kit to our offices. |

How is the invoicing of the service handled?
At the end of your contract, you will receive the corresponding invoice, with a detailed report of all your calls made and all the charges for your calls. This will allow you to control the charges being made. You will receive your invoice the first week of the following month after you return your Satellite phone. |

Not at all, once you rent your Satellite phone, Phonerental will give you a fixed number for your whole trip, independently of the countries you visit. Your contacts will always reach you at the same number. |

Will I be able to operate my satellite phone?
Our phones are delivered with instructions manuals, wich will allow you to make and receive calls from and to anywhere in the world. Remember that all our equipment is geared towars ease of use! |

Is it possible to transfer data through my phone?
If you are planning on transfering data through palmtops, laptops, email devices, etc, let us know in advance to supply you with the correct accessories. |

Is there a place my Satellite phone won't work, or won't receive a signal?
A satellite phone works any time is outdoors and with nothing coming between the antenna and the satellite signal. In an enclosed place such as a building or automobile, you'll need an auxiliary antenna placed outside of it. |
